Alaska Railroad Soon Begins Service for the Aurora Winter Train

Alaska Railroad is proud to announce, starting on September 19 and continuing through mid-May 2021, the launch of its renowned winter passenger service aboard the Aurora Winter Train.

The Aurora Winter Train operates between Anchorage and Fairbanks on weekends, embarking on a 12-hour northbound journey on Saturdays and a return trip on Sundays (select mid-week departures will also become available in March of 2021).
